Jiajie Zhang is a graduate student at ShanghaiTech University pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science. Since 2023, he has been conducting research at the MARS Lab, focusing on cutting-edge areas including Mobile Robot Navigation, Vision-Language Models, and Autonomous Driving Planning & Control.

  • Indoor SLAM with Vertical Plane Segmentation: Implementing a novel approach to lifelong indoor mapping by leveraging vertical plane segmentation techniques, enhancing mapping accuracy and efficiency. 
  • Robot Navigation using the osmAG: Creating a unified navigation framework for mobile robots using osmAG map technology, enabling seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor environments.
